Our organization was born from a simple idea: to bring together digital nomads from around the world in small, historic villages. We create immersive “workation” experiences—where work and travel blend in meaningful ways. You’ll be working from a 17th-century monastery turned into coworking space, living among narrow streets and ancient stone houses, and exploring the culture, food, and traditions of places with deep roots.

Five Years of Growth and Impact
Expanding communities, enriching local life
Tursi Digital Nomads has been active since 2021 and is now in its fifth year, growing into multiple locations across Italy and Greece. More than 100 digital nomads from around the world have joined our flagship summer project, Remote in Tursi—bringing fresh energy, ideas, and global connections to this small southern village. The project has boosted the local economy by supporting guesthouses, small businesses, and social enterprises, while creating powerful moments of cultural exchange between remote workers and the local community.
